Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 can(s) (212 ml; drained weight 140 g) Vegetable maize
  • 2 small gherkins
  • 1 slice (approx. 0.5 cm thick - 100 g) cooked ham
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Salad Mayonnaise
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Cucumber water
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • several sheets Lettuce and lollo rosso

Directions

    Rinse the corn and let it drain. Cut cucumber into slices, ham into strips. Mix corn, cucumber slices, ham, mayonnaise and cucumber water. Season with salt and pepper. Wash lettuce leaves, pluck into bite-sized pieces and divide into 4 plates. Arrange corn and ham salad on top
