Clean, wash and cut the salad into strips. Wash the tomato and cut into slices. Wash the cucumber and slice thinly. Arrange salad ingredients, lychees and scampi on a plate.
Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt and ketchup. Season to taste with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper. Add dip to the salad. Wash the dill, dab dry. Put something aside for garnishing. Chop the rest finely and sprinkle over the dip.
Garnish with lemon and dill.
