Grape salad with cheese and chicken filet

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g Chicken filet
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g blue and green grapes
  • 50 g Cashew nuts
  • 150 g blue cheese
  • 1 Head oak leaf salad
  • 6 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Walnut oil

Directions

    Wash the chicken filet and dab dry. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat on both sides. Season with salt and pepper. Fry over a low heat for 10-15 minutes.

    Remove from the pan and cut into slices. In the meantime, wash, halve and seed the grapes. Roast the cashew nuts in a pan. Cut cheese into pieces. Clean and wash the salad and pluck into bite-sized pieces.

    Line a plate with salad. Mix the rest of the prepared ingredients and place on top. For the marinade, mix vinegar with salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into it. Pour the marinade over the salad and let it stand for a while.
