Bavarian radish sausage salad

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 300 g white radish
  • 200 g Pork sausage
  • 1 red and green pepper
  • 2-3 red onions
  • 1/2 bunch Chives and parsley
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 Pretzel
  • 4 tablespoons (20 g each) Butter

Directions

    Peel and wash the radish and cut into thin slices. Remove the skin from the sausage, quarter it lengthwise and cut into slices. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips.

    Peel onions and cut them into rings. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Wash and chop parsley. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper and add oil. Mix everything in a bowl, arrange on plates, sprinkle with parsley and chives.

    Serve with pretzels and butter.
