Pasta salad with mandarins and ham

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 250 g Fork spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) stalk of leeks
  • 1 package (300 g) frozen peas
  • 30 g Butter or margarine
  • 1 can(s) (315 ml) Mandarin Oranges
  • 500 g cooked ham
  • 3 TABLESPOONS mayonnaise
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 1 TEASPOON medium hot mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 125 g salted peanuts
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon slices

Directions

    Cook spaghetti in salted water and oil for 5-7 minutes. Then drain and let it cool down. Clean, wash and cut the leek into fine strips. Briefly fry the leek strips and peas in hot fat.

    Drain the mandarins, collecting the juice. Cut the ham into strips. Mix mayonnaise, yoghurt and mustard for the sauce. Season with salt, pepper, lemon juice and 3 tablespoons of tangerine juice.

    Mix spaghetti, peanuts and all the prepared ingredients. Then mix with the sauce and leave to stand covered for at least 1 hour. Before serving, season the pasta salad to taste again.

    Garnish with lemon slices.
