Ingredients

  • 250 g Radicchio salad
  • 1 Small head Frisée salad
  • 150 g Middle Ages
  • 7-10 Tbsp Gouda cheese
  • 3 Oranges
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of skimmed milk yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 package Cress
  • 20 g Hazelnut flakes

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the salad and pluck it into pieces. Cut cheese into sticks. Peel 2 oranges generously so that the white skin is completely removed. Halve the orange and cut into slices.

    Cut the remaining orange in half and squeeze. Peel and finely dice the onion. Mix yoghurt, oil, orange juice and diced onion. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Cut off the cress, wash and dab dry.

    Arrange salad, cheese, orange slices and cress on a plate. Add some yoghurt sauce and sprinkle with hazelnut leaves. Add the rest of the sauce extra.
