  • 1/4 Pineapple (500-600 g)
  • 100 g Spring onions
  • 150 g creamy milk yoghurt
  • 50 g Schmand
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 300 g Sauerkraut (loose, drained)
  • 1/2 package (75 g) Turkey grill breast, super thin

Directions

    Clean the pineapple, except for something to garnish, and cut into thin slices. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into fine rings. Mix yoghurt, sour cream and milk. Season with salt and pepper and mix well with sauerkraut, pineapple, spring onions and turkey breast.

    Arrange on a plate and serve garnished with pineapple.
