Ingredients

  • 500 g Cauliflower
  • 375 g Cutting beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 1-2 red chillies
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 package (200 g) strained tomatoes
  • 1 TEASPOON dried thyme
  • 1 TEASPOON dried rosemary

    Clean and wash the cauliflower and beans. Divide cauliflower into small florets, cut beans diagonally into pieces. Vegetables in boiling Sa

    Peel onion and garlic. Dice the onions, press the garlic through a garlic press. Wash the chilli, remove seeds and cut into fine rings. Heat the oil in a large pan and fry the cauliflower florets while turning.

    Add the onions, garlic and chilli, sauté briefly and deglaze with about 8 tablespoons of water and tomato sauce. Add beans, some salt and dried herbs and braise covered for 2-3 minutes.

    Season to taste with salt and let it cool down.
