Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 1 Kohlrabi (approx. 150 g)
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 50 g frozen peas
  • 1 small lettuce
  • 2 discs Toast
  • 1 TABLESPOON butter or
  • 7-10 Tbsp Margarine
  • 1 (150 ml) Mug of salade fraiche (light salad cream)
  • some stem(s) Chervil

Directions

    Peel, wash, halve and slice the kohlrabi. Clean, wash and halve the tomatoes. Defrost the peas. Clean, wash and cut lettuce into leaves. Remove the crusts from toast and dice.

    Heat the fat in a pan and fry the cubes in it until golden brown. Arrange the salad on plates. Refine Salade Fraiche with chervil and pour over the salad.
