Rinse seafood briefly under cold water, drain on a sieve and defrost. Meanwhile peel and finely chop the garlic. Clean and wash the peppers and zucchini. Cut the bell peppers into pieces and the zucchini into fine strips. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the garlic and bell peppers for 3-4 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Add zucchini strips and seafood and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Pluck the dill flags from the stalk and sprinkle over them. Serve with salad leaves on small plates
