Ingredients

  • 600 g baby potatoes
  • 2-3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 TEASPOONS dried coriander kernels
  • 2 Lemons
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1 potty Coriander

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in plenty of boiling water for about 20 minutes. In the meantime peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Crush the coriander in a mortar. Squeeze lemons and mix with salt, pepper, garlic and coriander.

    Add oil. Pour the potatoes onto a sieve, rinse with cold water and peel off the skin. Halve or quarter the potatoes and add them to the marinade lukewarm. Cool down and let it stand for a while. Shortly before serving, wash the coriander, dab dry and chop except for a little bit for garnishing.

    Mix into the potatoes and garnish with coriander leaves.
