Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for about 6 minutes and drain. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into bite-sized pieces. Clean and wash the tomatoes. Cut melon into slices, then into small pieces, removing seeds. Mix prepared ingredients carefully. Caramelise sugar in a pan.
Deglaze with vinegar and 100 ml water and cook for about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the salad ingredients while still hot. Cover and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Cut chives into small rolls and pour over the salalt. Serve garnished with parsley leaves
