Ingredients

  • 3 Beetroot (about 150 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (approx. 400 g) small white radish
  • 120 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 1/2 package (125 g) Mung bean sprouts
  • 3 (125 g each) sour apples
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 2 big oranges
  • 500 g Buttermilk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Orange wheel for
  • 7-10 Tbsp Garnish

Directions

    Wash and clean the beetroot and cook in boiling salted water for about 40 minutes. Drain and remove the skin. Cut the beetroot into slices and then into strips. In the meantime wash and peel the radish and slice it into thin slices. Clean, wash and drain lamb's lettuce and bean sprouts. Wash the apples, prick out the core and cut the apples into rings. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

    Mix the ingredients and arrange on a plate. Squeeze oranges for the sauce. Mix buttermilk and orange juice. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour over the salad. Serve garnished with orange wheels
