Ingredients

  • 250 g green beans
  • 150 g Wax beans
  • 200 g Cutting beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Fennel seeds
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 40 g Bacon
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 2 large beef tomatoes

Directions

    Clean the beans, wash them. Break through green beans and wax beans once, chop cutting beans. Cook the beans in salted water for about 15 minutes. Let them cool down. Peel and chop onion.

    Wash parsley, dab dry and chop. Mix both with vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar and possibly fennel seeds. Whip the oil into it. Chop the bacon and leave it crisp in a pan without fat. Take out, stir bacon fat into the marinade. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into fine strips. Turn paprika and beans in the marinade. Covered and leave to stand for approx. 20 minutes. Clean, wash and slice the tomatoes.
