Cut the smoked pork loin into strips. Drain onions and cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers into slices. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Mix ketchup, horseradish, vinegar and possibly some cucumber stock.
Season to taste with salt, some sugar and Tabasco. Mix smoked pork, onions, cucumber, paprika and sauce. Let the salad soak through a little. Garnish with parsley.
