Ingredients

  • 500 g Kassel cold cuts in thick slices
  • 1 glass (320 ml) Silver Onions
  • 400 g Gherkins (glass)
  • 3 Peppers
  • 300 ml Tomato Ketchup
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Horseradish (glass)
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar and Tabasco
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley

Directions

    Cut the smoked pork loin into strips. Drain onions and cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers into slices. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Mix ketchup, horseradish, vinegar and possibly some cucumber stock.

    Season to taste with salt, some sugar and Tabasco. Mix smoked pork, onions, cucumber, paprika and sauce. Let the salad soak through a little. Garnish with parsley.
