Savoy salad with fish strips

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Head Savoy cabbage
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 red and yellow peppers
  • 1 collar Thyme
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 600 g Cable layout
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Flour
  • 30 g clarified butter

Directions

    Clean, wash and cut the savoy cabbage into strips. Blanch briefly in boiling salted water and drain. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Wash thyme, dab dry and remove the leaves.

    Mix 4 tablespoons of lemon juice with salt and pepper, add oil and thyme leaves. Mix the salad ingredients with the marinade and arrange on a plate. Wash the fish and dab dry.

    Sprinkle with remaining lemon juice and let it soak through a little. Cut the fish into strips and turn it in flour. Season with salt and pepper. Fat in
