Ingredients

  • 4 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 1 TEASPOON Mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 400 g Pork sausage
  • 1 Apples
  • 1 jar (170 g) Silver Onions
  • 2 TEASPOONS Capers
  • 1 collar Parsley

Directions

    Mix vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip the oil into the mixture. Skin the sausage and cut into thin slices. Wash apple, quarter, core and cut into pieces.

    Drain silver onions and capers. Wash parsley and chop finely. Mix the salad ingredients with the marinade and let it soak through. Tastes good with white bread
