Leaf salad with prawns and mandarins

  • 1 Head Lollo bianco
  • 1 can(s) (315 ml) Mandarin Oranges
  • 1 collar Dill
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon Pepper
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 200 g Deep-sea crab meat

Directions

    Clean and wash the salad, pluck into bite-sized pieces and drain. Drain mandarins. Wash the dill, dab dry and chop except for a little garnish. Mix vinegar, salt and pepper.

    Add oil. Finally add dill. Arrange salad with crabs and mandarins on plates. Spread vinaigrette over it and serve garnished with dill flags.
