Ingredients

  • 500 g Potatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 400 g Matie's fillets
  • 2 sour apples
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 2 medium red onions
  • 100 ml Wine Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes. Then rinse cold, peel and dice. In the meantime, wash the cucumber, cut it in half lengthwise and cut it into half slices. Wash the matjes, dab dry and cut into small pieces. Wash apples, quarter them, cut out the core.

    Cut the apple quarters into slices. Wash dill, dab dry. Pluck small flags from the stems. Mix prepared ingredients carefully. Peel onions, cut into half rings. Boil up vinegar and onions. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Add oil. Pour over the salad. Cover and leave to stand for about 30 minutes.
