Taco Dip with taco chips

Ingredients

  • 350 g Cream cheese double cream
  • 80 g Sour cream or sour cream
  • 100 g salsa dip
  • 1 1/2 TSP. Chilli powder
  • 1 knife tip Cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 TSP. ground cumin
  • 125 g Iceberg lettuce
  • 100 g Tomatoes
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 small onion
  • 40 g grated cheddar cheese
  • 40 g grated gouda cheese
  • 50 g black olive slices
  • 50 g green olives stuffed with paprika
  • 150 g Taco or tortilla chips

Directions

    Mix cream cheese, sour cream, salsa sauce, chilli powder, cayenne pepper and cumin. Place in a bowl and sprinkle with chilli. Clean, wash, drain and cut the salad into strips.

    Wash, clean, halve, seed and dice the tomatoes. Leek onion clean, wash and cut into fine rings. Peel onion and cut into rings as well. Arrange salad on a plate, sprinkle with cheese, tomatoes, spring onion, onion rings and olives.

    Dip and taco chips extra.
