Dab the meat dry and season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat for about 6 minutes while turning. Take out and keep warm
Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Chop the bell peppers finely. Wash the rocket, shake dry and chop coarsely, except for about half. Mix onion, garlic, paprika and chopped rocket, season with salt and pepper
Cut open the buns. Cut meat into slices. Cover rolls with rocket, meat and salsa
