Wash the meat and dab dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large coated pan. Sauté the meat in it in portions for approx. 4 minutes, turning it over
Cut mozzarella into 16 slices. Wash the tomatoes and cut each into 8 slices. Put the steaks with the frying set in a greased fat pan of the oven. First spread with pesto, then cover with 2 slices of tomato and 2 slices of mozzarella
Bake the steaks in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 5 minutes, remove. Garnish with basil. Ciabatta tastes good with it
