Drain the peppers and mozzarella. Cut paprika into strips, mozzarella into slices. Wash the salad, dab dry and pluck a little smaller. Wash basil, dab dry and pluck leaves.
Cut the steaks in half, wash and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side. Toast the flatbreads one after the other in the toaster for about 1 minute each, cut each one in half crosswise.
Spread the salad on the undersides of the breads. Sprinkle with balsamic cream. Cover steaks with paprika and mozzarella. Put the lid on the pan and let the cheese melt for about 1 minute. Spread the steaks on the breads.
Sprinkle with basil and chilli. Put the bread lid on top and serve immediately.
