Clean and quarter the mushrooms. Peel onions and garlic. Cut onions into rings. Chop garlic finely. Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the mushrooms in it.
Add the onions, garlic and courgettes and fry. Deglaze with broth, bring to the boil and simmer for about 6 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Dab meat dry, season with salt. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for about 6 minutes, turning it over. Stir the crème fraîche into the vegetables. Wash the thyme, shake dry, chop coarsely and add to the vegetables.
Season vegetables again with salt and pepper. Serve the meat with the vegetables.
