Kassel beans and tomatoes pan

Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 400 g French beans
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 ripped pork chops
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth (instant )
  • 40 g grated gouda cheese
  • 1 Stalk parsley

Directions

    Wash and clean the beans and cook them in boiling salted water for about 15 minutes. Clean and wash spring onions and cut them into pieces. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Wash the meat and dab dry.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat in it for about 5 minutes, take it out. Fry spring onions and tomatoes in the frying fat for about 3 minutes. Drain the beans and add to the tomatoes. Pour on broth, bring to the boil.

    Place slices of smoked pork on top and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and simmer for 2-3 minutes at low heat until the cheese has melted. Wash parsley, chop finely and sprinkle over the meat.
