Noodles with braised tomatoes and fillet of beef

Ingredients

  • 400 g Spaghetti
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 300 g Fillet of beef
  • 600 g Tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp dried marjoram
  • 1 bunch of rocket
  • 7-10 Tbsp coarse pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parmesan slicer

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Dab meat dry and cut into strips. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Peel and finely dice onion and garlic.

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat in it while turning, season with salt and pepper, remove and keep warm. Add 2 tablespoons of oil to the frying fat. Fry onion, garlic and tomatoes for about 5 minutes.

    Season with salt, pepper and marjoram. In the meantime, clean and wash the rocket. Drain the noodles and let them drain. Add meat and noodles to the tomatoes. Sprinkle with coarse pepper and parmesan.
