Prepare tortellini in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Peel and finely chop the onion. Clean, clean and slice the mushrooms. Finely dice the ham. Heat oil.
Brown the onion, ham and mushrooms in it. Dust with flour. Add 1/4 litre of water and cream, bring to the boil. Add peas, season with salt and pepper, bring to the boil again. Stir in parmesan.
Drain and fold in the tortellini. Wash parsley, dab dry and chop coarsely. Arrange tortellini on plates and sprinkle with parsley.
