Ingredients

  • 1 collar Chives
  • 300 g Schmand
  • 50 g Roasted onions
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper

Directions

    Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into fine rolls

    Mix sour cream, chives, except a little bit for sprinkling, and fried onions and season with salt and pepper

    Arrange dip and sprinkle with chives
