Farmhouse bread from the tin

Ingredients

  • 1 Bread baking mix (500 g) farmhouse bread with sourdough and yeast
  • 150 g Brie cheese (60 % fat)
  • 10 discs South Tyrolean bacon
  • 5 discs Butter cheese
  • baking paper

Directions

    Knead the bread mixture and 340 ml of lukewarm water with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise for approx. 30 minutes in a warm place

    Knead the bread dough slightly and roll it out on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Cover and leave to rise for a further 30 minutes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 225 °C/ convection oven: 200 °C/ gas: level 4) for approx. 10 minutes

    Cut the Brie into slices. Cover bread with bacon and cheese. Bake in the oven for another 5 minutes

    Waiting time approx. 1 hour
