Chicken drumsticks with pumpkin and beetroot

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 15 Chicken drumsticks (approx. 100 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 1 (approx. 1.5 kg) Butternut Pumpkin
  • 1 kg beetroot
  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oregano
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Wash the legs, pat dry and season with salt and paprika. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of oil, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and turn in. Put the legs on a baking tray coated with oil. Cook in a preheated oven (convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: not suitable) for approx. 1 1/4 hours

    Wash the pumpkin, cut it in half, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into slices. Beetroot wash, peel and cut into slices. Peel onions and cut into slices. Peel garlic and cut into slices. Season prepared vegetables with salt and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of oil. Put them on a baking tray. After 30 minutes baking sheet with in the oven

    Arrange legs and vegetables and garnish with oregano
