Ingredients

  • 150 g brown mushrooms
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 300 g fine veal liver sausage
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Whipped cream
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Cognac for seasoning
  • 8-10 discs (50 g each) brown bread
  • 150 g Cranberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Marjoram

Directions

    Clean and clean the mushrooms and cut them into thin slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the mushrooms thoroughly, turning them over. Season with salt and pepper and remove. Let cool off

    Stir liver sausage and cream until smooth. Season to taste with cognac. Mix mushrooms, except for 1 tbsp. for garnishing, into the liver sausage. Spread on brown bread, arrange with remaining mushrooms and a dash of cranberries
