Ingredients

  • 200 g Celery
  • 300 g smoked salmon (in pieces)
  • 125 g smoked trout fillet
  • 3 Stem(s) Dill
  • 6 TABLESPOONS white balsamic vinegar
  • 2 TEASPOONS grainy mustard
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Maple syrup (alternatively liquid honey)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil

Directions

    Clean the celery (remove the threads), wash and cut into fine pieces. Dice salmon and trout. Wash the dill, shake dry and cut finely

    For the vinaigrette, mix vinegar, mustard and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in dill. Fold in the oil. Mix celery, salmon and trout carefully. Pour over vinaigrette, mix carefully. Arrange in serving bowls
