  • 4 10–12 cm long rhubarb tips, with leaf attachment
  • 300 ml cold rhubarb nectar
  • 300 ml cold sparkling wine (Crémant)

Directions

    Clean, wash and dry rhubarb tips. Pour nectar into the glasses, fill up with sparkling wine. Decorate with rhubarb tips.
