Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 2 small apples
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 50 g Ginger Root
  • 500 ml Apple juice (naturally cloudy)
  • 750 ml ginger ale
  • 500 g Ice cube

Directions

    Wash apples, cut them into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut ginger into slices. Cut 3 slices of apple and 3 slices of ginger in each case up to the middle and decorate the rim of 6 glasses with them

    Place the remaining ginger and apples in a large pot, fill up with apple juice, ginger ale and ice cubes and leave to stand until serving
