Ingredients

Servings: 6
  • 18 Raspberries (alternatively frozen raspberries)
  • 3 Stem(s) Basil
  • 250 ml Lemon juice
  • 200 ml Sugar syrup
  • 160 ml Vodka
  • 180 ml ginger beer
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube mould

Directions

    Select the berries and distribute in ice cube moulds. Fill with water and freeze overnight. Wash basil, shake dry and pluck leaves from the stems. Distribute ice cubes and basil on glasses. Mix lemon juice, syrup, vodka and pour into glasses. Pour in ginger beer
