Pear and apple punch with cinnamon

Ingredients

  • 1 can(s) (425 ml) Pears
  • 1 Organic Lemon
  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 6 Cloves
  • 6 Allspice seeds
  • 6 Cinnamon sticks
  • 1 Apples
  • 500 ml ginger ale

Directions

    Finely mash the pears with the juice. Wash lemon hot, grate dry and cut into slices. Boil up pear puree, apple juice, sugar, cloves, allspice, 2 cinnamon sticks and lemon slices in a large pot. Simmer until the sugar is dissolved

    Leave to infuse for at least 10 minutes. Wash the apple and cut into slices. Add ginger ale and apple slices to the punch and warm up, fill into heat-resistant glasses. Add remaining cinnamon sticks to stir
