Crush cardamom capsules. Simmer 300 ml water, cardamom, fennel, 1 teaspoon honey and cinnamon for 1-2 minutes. Add 200 ml milk, bring to the boil. Add tea and let it brew for about 4 minutes.
Heat 200 ml of milk and froth up. Pour tea through a sieve and pour into glasses. Pour frothed hot milk on top and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of honey each.
