30-40 Ice cube
6-8 TABLESPOONS Elderflower syrup
90-120 ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
1200-1600 ml Kristallweizen (beer)

Wash the mint, shake dry and pluck the leaves from the stalks. Distribute mint in glasses. Add ice cubes. Spread syrup and lemon juice evenly on the glasses. Pour on beer and serve immediately.
