Tea cocktail with passion fruit, mint and rum

Ingredients

  • 3 Peppermint tea bag
  • 220 g Sugar
  • 250 ml Lime juice
  • 4 Passion fruit
  • 4 Stem(s) Mint
  • 250 ml brown rum
  • 500 ml Mineral water
  • 7-10 Tbsp crushed ice

Directions

    Pour 750 ml of boiling water over the tea bags and leave to infuse for about 5 minutes. Take out bag, add sugar and lime juice and mix. Put tea in a cool place. Cut passion fruit in half and scrape out the marrow. Wash the mint, shake dry and pluck leaves from the stalks

    Mix tea, passion fruit pulp, rum and mineral water. Pour ice into the glasses and pour cocktail on top
