Raspberries selected. For the crumbles, knead flour, sugar and butter in flakes with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Then add ground almonds and work into crumbly crumbles with your hands.
Sprinkle 4 ovenproof plates with breadcrumbs. Spread raspberries and crumbles on top. Sprinkle with almond flakes. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes.
Serve dusted with icing sugar. Serve with vanilla sauce.
