Ingredients

  • 1 small chicken filet (approx. 150 g)
  • 1 TEASPOON Oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 6 Mini mozzarella balls
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few leaves of picking salad
  • 1-2 stem(s) Basil
  • 12 paprika-filled olives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Italian dressing, cucumber slices, kumquats, star fruit
  • 6 wooden skewers

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry. Heat oil in a small pan. Fry the meat for about 10 minutes while turning it, season with salt and pepper, take it out and let it cool down. Wash the tomatoes, dab dry. Cut mozzarella balls in half. Clean and wash the lettuce, pluck smaller and drain. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck leaves

    Cut the meat into small cubes. Put the diced meat, tomatoes, mozzarella and olives alternately on skewers. Use the rest of the chicken meat for other purposes. Pack lettuce and basil leaves with skewers in a container. Serve with an Italian dressing, slices of cucumber, kumquats and sliced star fruit
