Wash the dill and chop finely except for a few flags for garnishing. Mix cream cheese with chopped dill, some salt and pepper. Spread on the ham slices, roll them up firmly and chill. In the meantime wash and slice the tomatoes. Wash and drain the lettuce leaves.
Mix vinegar, salt and pepper and add oil. Arrange lettuce and tomatoes on plates and sprinkle with marinade. Cut the ham rolls into small pieces and place 2 slices of pumpernickel on each salad plate. Serve garnished with dill flags
