Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (460 g) Fixed dough for pizza and vegetable pie
  • 4 medium-sized tomatoes
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package (370 ml) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 50 g Parma ham in slices
  • 1 collar Basil

Directions

    Place the contents of the bags in a bowl. Pour in 1/4 litre of lukewarm water and work into a smooth dough with the dough hooks of the hand mixer. Knead the dough again quickly with your hands. Quarter the dough and roll out 4 round dough plates (each approx. 20 cm Ø). Place 2 dough plates on the baking tray and cut out some oval holes. Bake the pizza lids in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 10 minutes.

    Cut large tomatoes into slices, cut cherry tomatoes in half. Cut cheese into slices. Remove the pizza lid. Spread the rest of the dough with chunky tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Cover with tomatoes, Parma ham and mozzarella. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes
