Ingredients

  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 (7 g) Bag of dry yeast
  • 1 TEASPOON sugar, salt
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 250 g mixed mince
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper, sweet paprika
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 75 g cooked ham
  • 125 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 75 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 3-4 Stem(s) or 1 tsp thyme
  • 200 g chunky tomatoes
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Ketchup
  • 1 Tomato

Directions

    Put the flour in a bowl. Add yeast, sugar and salt. Add 150 ml lukewarm water and 3 tbsp. oil and knead everything. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for about 25 minutes

    Fry the minced meat in 1 tablespoon of hot oil until crumbly. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Clean, wash and slice the mushrooms. Schin-

    Cut the cheese into cubes, mozzarella into slices. Grate the gouda. Wash the thyme, pluck. Mix with chunky tomatoes and ketchup, season. Wash and finely dice the tomatoes.

    Knead the dough. Roll out round (26 cm Ø) on a little flour. Place in a greased pizza tin (26 cm Ø). Let it rise for about 20 minutes

    Spread the dough with tomato sauce. Spread the prepared ingredients over it. Bake pizza in a hot oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C / gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes
