Ingredients

  • 500 g Flour
  • 1 sachet (7 g each) Dry yeast
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 8-10 Tbsp Oil

Directions

    Mix flour, yeast and salt. Add 300 ml of lukewarm water and oil and knead with the dough hooks of the hand mixer to a smooth dough and leave to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Results in 2 pizza bases
