Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1.2 kg Broccoli
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 Onion
  • 10 g Butter or margarine
  • 250 g cooked ham
  • 150 g Low-fat curd
  • 460 ml Milk
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 300 g Flour
  • 1 package Baking Powder
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 8 Eggs
  • 75 g grated medieval Gouda cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp grated nutmeg
  • 7-10 Tbsp Fat and breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. 1

Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Pre-cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes and drain. Peel onion. Heat the fat in a small pan and fry the onions briefly.

  2. 2

Let it cool down. Cut the ham into cubes. For the dough mix quark, 6 tablespoons of milk, oil and salt. Mix flour and baking powder, add and knead everything to a smooth dough. Grease a springform pan (26 cm Ø) and sprinkle the base with 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.

  3. 3

Roll out the dough to a circle (34-35 cm Ø) and line the mould with it. Prick the base of the dough several times with a fork and sprinkle with the remaining breadcrumbs. Put broccoli, ham and onions into the tin.

  4. 4

Mix eggs, remaining milk, cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Pour into the mould and bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200°C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 11/4 hours. Cover if necessary in the last 15 minutes.

  5. 5

Let it rest in the mould for about 15 minutes before cutting. Results in about 12 pieces.
