Ingredients

  • 200 g Flour
  • 1/2 (3,5 g) Package. Dry yeast
  • 1 TEASPOON oil, salt, sugar, pepper
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 5 TABLESPOONS strained tomatoes 1 teaspoon dried oregano (from the package)
  • 2-3 Spring onions
  • 2 Slices (approx. 30 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp cooked ham
  • 4 Artichoke hearts, fresh or canned
  • 1 (80 g) small can of tuna
  • 7-10 Tbsp in one's own juice
  • 10 paprika-filled olives
  • 4-6 raw peeled prawns
  • 125 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 50-75 g blue cheese
  • 4-5 Thin slices of salami

Directions

    Mix flour and yeast. Knead with approx. 100 ml lukewarm water, oil, 1 pinch each of salt and sugar until smooth. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 30-40 minutes until it has doubled in size

    Knead the dough again and roll it out on a baking tray lined with baking paper (approx. 35 cm Ø)

    Peel and chop the garlic. Mix with strained tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Spread it on the pizza. Pre-bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 5-10 minutes

    Clean, wash and finely chop the spring onions. Cut the ham into strips. Drain artichokes and tuna. Cut canned artichokes in half. Cut the tuna into pieces. Coarsely chop the olives. Rinse shrimps and pat dry. Drain the mozzarella. Cut the whole cheese into slices

    Cover pizza with all ingredients. Bake at the same temperature for another 15 minutes
