Ingredients

  • 1 package Pizza fix (for 250 g flour)
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Salt
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 package (200 g) strained tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 TEASPOON dried oregano
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 2 discs cooked ham
  • 75 g Lamb salami
  • 1 jar(s) (425 ml; separation weight: 240 g) Artichoke Hearts
  • 1 tin(s) (185 g; part by weight: 150 g) Tuna in its own juice
  • 75 g paprika-filled olives
  • 100 g Blue cheese (e.g. Gorgonzola)
  • 1 package (125 g) Mozzarella
  • 8 Prawns
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh oregano
  • baking paper

Directions

    For the granola chop the almonds coarsely. Mix with pumpkin seeds and oat flakes in a bowl. Put oil, vanilla sugar, 1 pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons honey in a small pot. Heat over medium heat and stir until the vanillin sugar is dissolved (do not bring to the boil). Pour over the hearty mixture and mix everything thoroughly with a wooden spoon until the dry ingredients are completely covered.

    Peel garlic and dice finely. Mix with the tomato puree, spread on the pizza. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Pre-bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes.

    In the meantime, clean and wash the spring onions, dab dry and cut into rings. Cut ham into strips, salami into thin slices. Drain artichokes and tuna. Cut artichokes into slices, tear tuna into pieces.

    Coarsely chop the olives. Cut cheese into slices. Cover one half of the pizza with ham, salami, artichokes, one half of spring onions and blue cheese. Cover the other half with tuna, prawns, olives, remaining spring onions and mozzarella.

    Bake the pizza for another 10 minutes.
