Peanut Curry Dip

Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 200 g roasted salted peanuts
  • 3 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 175 g creamy peanut butter
  • 200 g Schmand
  • 100 g light salad cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Curry
  • 1 pinch Sugar

Directions

    Rub the peanuts with kitchen paper if necessary. Roughly chop the peanuts. Chop parsley finely. Mix peanut butter, sour cream and light salad cream. Season with salt, pepper, curry and 1 pinch of sugar. Mix in peanuts and parsley.

    Serve in a bowl.
