The combination of apple and remoulade is wonderfully refreshing. Tastes great with fried potatoes and fried fish!

Ingredients

Servings: 10
  • 1 collar Chives
  • 6 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Apples
  • 3 Gherkins (glass)
  • 10 hard-boiled eggs
  • 200 g Schmand
  • 200 g Mayonnaise
  • 3-4 Tbsp Cucumber stock

Directions

    Wash and finely chop the chives and parsley. Finely dice onion, apples, gherkins and eggs.

    Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise and cucumber stock. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients and let it stand.
